So this TV show, called Zaboomafoo, used to be one of my all time favorites when I was a kid. The two men in these photos, the Kratt Brothers made me so happy. Along with their monkey, Zaboomafoo of course. The show was all about the brothers and Zaboomafoos adventures. They were incredibly entertaining as a kid. My favorite animal used to be monkeys so that added to my love for the show.
The picture on the left was taken when the show aired, the picture on the right is present day. This makes me feel ancient because they're so much older now. Nowadays kids tv shows are brutal. And I mean seriously horrible. They used to be so much about your own imagination and creativity. Now they tell you what and how to think.
This show for me represents my childhood. It just makes me miss being so young and without responsibilities and worries. I'm turning 18 in less than a week, which brings many different new kinds of responsibilities and worries. Sometimes I wish I was back to being an innocent kid sitting in front of the TV watching Zaboomafoo.
